This Privacy Policy governs the collection, processing, protection, and cross-border transmission of data across our global platform, candidate assessment pipelines, and administrative workforce management systems operating within India and international client jurisdictions.

2. Information We Collect

We collect personal and organization data essential to deliver compliant employment, staffing, and technical sourcing services:

• Candidate & Employee Data: Full legal name, government tax identifiers (PAN, Aadhaar, Provident Fund numbers), contact information, educational credentials, ICAI / CPA certification records, employment history, technical assessment results, and bank routing info for local payroll management.
• Client & Enterprise Data: Corporate legal name, authorized signatory identity, work email addresses, corporate billing details, MSA specifications, and project scope details for Staff Augmentation and Remote Team Operations.
• Technical & Telemetry Data: IP addresses, browser specs, authentication logs, device metadata, and access timestamps captured during platform interactions.

3. Purpose & Legal Basis of Processing

Data processing is conducted strictly under lawful contractual bases, legitimate business interests, and legal statutory obligations:

• Execution of Employer of Record (EoR) contracts and statutory filings (TDS, EPF, ESI, local labor law compliance).
• Sourcing, vetting, and evaluating top 1% Indian Software Engineers, Chartered Accountants (CAs), CPAs, and Financial Analysts.
• Managing global payroll infrastructure, statutory disbursements, and local INR salary remittances.
• Managing end-to-end App Publishing Services, store submission compliance, and offshore software engineering squad operations.
• Ensuring Cross-Border Compliance, anti-money laundering (AML), and international tax reporting standards.

4. Intellectual Property Rights & Contractual Non-Disclosure

Recorpo enforces strict IP Protection & Contracts across all remote operations. All source code, financial algorithms, mobile application builds, trade secrets, and operational materials created by placed technical and financial talent belong exclusively to the client organization from the moment of creation.

All workforce members sign comprehensive multi-jurisdictional Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and IP Assignment agreements prior to client placement.

5. Data Sharing & Third-Party Processors

We do not sell, rent, or monetize personal or commercial data. Information is shared only with verified statutory infrastructure partners strictly required for operational delivery:

• Statutory Indian tax authorities, Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO), and local insurance providers.
• Tier-1 banking institutions for automated cross-border payroll processing and INR salary disbursement.
• Enterprise cloud hosting and security infrastructure partners complying with ISO 27001 and SOC-2 standards.

6. International HR Solutions & Data Security

Recorpo maintains stringent physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to protect remote team data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. All transmitted data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and encrypted at rest using AES-256 standards.
